Hank is General Counsel & COO of Blue Bear.
Before Blue Bear, Hank was General Counsel & VP – Operations for Neilson Financial Services, an insuretech business operating in the UK and the US. Previously, he spent six years in leveraged finance at Latham & Watkins in Los Angeles, handling acquisition financing, syndicated loan, and venture debt transactions for sponsor and borrower clients.
Hank graduated from Georgetown with a degree in Economics and received his law degree from USC Law School. He is a member of the California bar.
